Lifetime Diamond and Color Gemstone Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with your diamond and color gemstone jewelry, from the day you make your purchase, through all the years to come.  That’s why we guarantee our diamond and color gemstone jewelry for a lifetime, as long as 6-month inspections have been performed and documented by an authorized representative.

Mounting Guarantee
For twelve months from the date of purchase, we guarantee the mounting for your diamond, emerald, ruby or sapphire against all defects in material or workmanship.  We will repair or replace your mounting without charge if any defects are found during this period.

Lifetime Diamond Trade-in Policy
You may trade in your diamond for another diamond at least double the trade-in value.  The trade-in value is the original purchase price, excluding charges such as tax and shipping.  Color gemstone jewelry is not eligible for trade-in.  Trade-Ins of in-store and online purchases are accepted at Kohinoor Diamonds locations.  (Trade-ins are not accepted for special orders).

Free Lifetime Cleaning and Inspections
Bring your diamond or color gemstone jewelry into Kohinoor Diamonds location as often as you wish for free professional cleaning and inspection (Cleaning and inspection are not available at Kohinoor Diamonds.Net.

Returns

Return Rules and Restrictions
Items must be returned within 15 days (of the date your order was shipped) for a full store credit or exchange.  Packages must be postmarked within 15 day period.
You must include the return portion of the original packing slip.  Be certain to save copies for your records.
Shipping and handling costs, gift bag costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, call a Customer Service Representative immediately at 1-877-KOHINOOR.

POSITION ON CONFLICT DIAMONDS

Kohinoor Diamonds, along with the global diamond industry, has a zero-tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds.  Through measures such as the Kimberly Process, which tracks diamonds from mine to market, the industry in partnership with the United Nations, governments, and non-governmental organizations, polices diamond exports to prevent the trade of illegal diamonds.

At Kohinoor Diamonds, we only purchase diamonds through the largest and most respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberly Process.  All Kohinoor Diamonds’ diamonds are warrantied to be conflict free.  If one of our suppliers was ever found to be in violation of that process, we would immediately sever that relationship.  We will continue to support and promote any process that works to uphold legitimacy in the diamond trade.
